PearlMail is a web based email solution that also integrates directly with the rest of your business operation.

PearlMail allows you to use email as you already know it, with your own private inbox for each member of staff, but it also allows administrators to pull in all emails relating to customers, orders or projects, regardless of the member of staff that sent or received the email. 

This means that you can see the whole "conversation" thread for any customer, all in the same place with their notes, calls and sales.

PearlMail (Beta) will be going live in early 2008.
