Eventbrite is online event management software. You can import all your Eventbrite attendees straight into Pearl using our in-built integration tool.
Importing attendees
It's really simple.
- Click Setup:Import data from the main menu (you'll need to have administrator priviledges), or else from the Setup menu in the green CRM zone, click Import:Eventbrite attendees.
- Enter your Eventbrite username and password
- Add the eventbrite event ID (which you can get from the URL bar when you're editing an event in the Eventbrite control panel)
- Choose "yes" to tag the incoming contacts against a new Tag which will be created using the event title.
- Select an extra Tag, and a Lead source if you want to.
- Click "get contacts"
Pearl will talk to Eventbrite and import all the attendees.
If an attendee is already in Pearl (checked by email address) then that contact will only have the tags and custom fields added.
A note will also be added to each contact, with their ticket and order details.
Importing event questions and answers
If you have set up questions for your attendees to answer, then these will be created as custom fields in your Pearl CRM, in a new tab on the contact edit screen called "EventBrite info".
Importing sales
Just tick the "create sales" tickbox to raise a sale for every ticket purchased. The Eventbrite Order ID will be added as the Customer ref, so only one sale will be created however many times you run the import.
