Management of sales, quotes and invoices

Sales can be created a number of ways in Pearl, but all will appear in the same administration area for easy reporting and order fulfilment.

Whenever stock is leaving your company to either a customer or to write it off, you must create a sale order to update the system correctly. If items are leaving your company because you are returning stock to a supplier, see the “purchasing” information pack.

Pearl stock control is powerful and reliable, but every member of staff must use it diligently. Please read this guide thoroughly and ensure that every member of your team that uses Pearl in the sales environment reads it too.
